Rowlands Renovations were recommended to us from friends.  They lived up to all the great

comments we had heard.

Once they had quoted us for our lounge renovations they stayed true to their word, the only

additional costs were for work we added along the way.  The team were efficient, friendly

and tidy!  A great team of very skilled craftsmen.

Rebecca is fantastic, everytime we called with a query it was dealt with without delay, so

friendly and very efficient.  All in all we trusted them.

We are delighted with the finish and without any hesitation would use them again and

recommend them to friends and family.

Kitchen Renovation in Chinley - 'As featured in the Thank You Section of the Buxton Advertiser'

Renovating our house has been a major project and we have worked with several builders over the years. You make a great team and in our experience offer a pretty unique service. You have done everything that you said you would do, when you said that you would do it and at the price we agreed. More than that, your friendly service has always been excellent. We have been kept fully informed at every stage of the project and everyone in the Rowlands team has been helpful, totally reliable and immaculately clean and tidy. Creating an Ensuite Bathroom - Glossop

Loft Conversion

"The reason we decided to convert our loft was that we have a growing family and needed the space, it was also cheaper than moving house.

We had a number of builders quote us for the work but you were the most helpful.  You explained what would be needed, how and when it could be done. 

You followed the plans we gave you and never made assumptions, if changes needed to be made or would work better if done differently it was discussed and explained.  We knew who would be coming on what day and you dealt efficiently with the Buidling Inspector and the regulations.

The house was always left clean and tidy at the end of the day, even hoovering up!!  Everyone that worked for you was polite and friendly.

We would like to say how very pleased we are with our loft conversion, and would have no problem with recommending you to others".
